Return Policy

At ZAROKS, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of perfume products, we have specific return conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received damaged, broken, or leaking

Non Returnable Items:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products with missing packaging
• Products damaged due to customer handling

Return Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

ZAROKS reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
