Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier services
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payments via Bank Alfalah Payment Gateway
All online payments are secure and encrypted
Yes. All online transactions are processed through Bank Alfalah, and ZAROKS does not store your card or banking details
Due to the nature of perfume products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received damaged or leaking
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, using the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
