Refunds at ZAROKS are handled fairly and transparently.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are issued only if:

     

      • Wrong product was delivered

      • Product was damaged or leaking upon arrival

    Refund Process:

       

        • Customer must report the issue within 24 hours

        • Evidence (photos/videos) is required

        • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

      Refund Method:

         

          • Online payments will be refunded via the original payment method

          • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

        No Refunds:

        Change of mind after delivery

        Opened or used perfumes
