Refund Policy ZAROKS
Refunds at ZAROKS are handled fairly and transparently.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product was damaged or leaking upon arrival
Refund Process:
- Customer must report the issue within 24 hours
- Evidence (photos/videos) is required
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund Method:
- Online payments will be refunded via the original payment method
- COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
No Refunds:
Change of mind after delivery
Opened or used perfumes
